On a commercial job the real cost is downtime. So we plan backwards from the day you need to reopen. That might mean two crews instead of one, night work, or completing the customer-facing area first and finishing the back of house while you trade. We will price the options side by side so the decision is yours.
Compliance handled and documented
Mark's background is electrical, so certification is not an afterthought here. You get an EICR or installation certificate, emergency lighting records where relevant, and a documented handover pack for your insurer, your landlord or your licensing officer. It is the paperwork most refits leave you chasing for a month.
Landlords and holiday lets
We turn round rental properties and holiday lets on tight windows between tenancies and bookings. Full redecoration, kitchen and bathroom replacement, flooring and compliance checks, handed back photographed and ready to list.

Can you work outside our opening hours?
Yes. Evening, night and weekend working is common on retail and hospitality jobs. It carries a premium, and we show that as a separate line so you can weigh it against lost trade.
Do you carry public liability insurance?
Yes, and we will send the certificate with the quote. Landlords and managing agents usually ask, so we send it before you have to.
Can you work to a landlord's specification?
Yes. Send us the licence-to-alter or fit-out guide with your enquiry and we will price to it.
